1. Senior Software Engineer::Application (Microsoft) - 2 positions open

Educational Qualifications: Engineering (Computer Science), MCA, or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 3 years of overall. Minimum 2 years in Dot Net 2.0 (Especially in C#)

Technical Skills: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .Net Remoting, .Net Framework, ASP, C++, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XML Web Services, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft Visio (Added advantage for UML experience), Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Crystal Report

2. Senior Designer - 1 positions open

Experience: Atleast 3-4 years of experience as a web designer.

Web Designers will be responsible for conceiving and executing all visual and design aspects of Web Projects. Ability to design visual, interactive and information-oriented sites is a prerequisite. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Macromedia Drewamweaver and Macromedia Flash are essential. A strong understanding of and experience with HTML tools will be an additional asset. Those with a good track record of design in other media will also be considered. Candidates with formal training in Fine/ Commercial Art and a minimum web related work experience of 2-4 years will be preferred.

3. Flash Developer - 1 positions open

Educational Qualification: Computer Engineering. Additional Computer Programming qualifications (Diploma/ Certification courses)

Experience: Atleast 2-3 years of Flash Programming background.

Technical Skills: Dynamic Flash action-scripting using AS2/ AS3 (Action-Scripting), Complete knowledge of XM for usage in Flash & Flex, Thorough knowledge of Flex 2 and experience in developing RIAs (Rich Internet Applications), Work experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Javascript, Some programming experience in Java or DotNet would be good, Preferably having worked on Interactive Flash animations, Dynamic Flash Games, web-based applications with Database interaction.

Brief Job Description: Action Scripting based Flash animation, Developing/ Coding Flash based applications/ games, Interacting with team/ clients (if needed) for trouble shooting
problems faced in the project or understanding the different aspects of a requirement, Ability to understand and scope out requirements of different teams/ unit heads for doing enhancements in existing applications/ in new projects, Work allocation among the team, and work as support to the Practice lead/ Project lead, Should be able to work as an independent workstation and also as a team lead to the Flash team.
