Senior Copywriter
Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Copywriter to lead content development across various platforms. This role requires a strong command of language, an understanding of digital trends, and the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences, including the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Insights:
- Conduct in-depth research on brands to understand offerings, target audiences, and market positioning.
- Analyse client briefs to create content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Content Development:
- Write compelling scripts, social media content, email campaigns, banner ads, and search ads tailored to various industries.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy that adheres to brand tone and style.
3. Ideation & Campaign Strategy:
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for brand pitches, campaigns, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns.
4. Team Supervision & Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor junior copywriters, providing feedback and guidance on scripts, emailers, and social media content.
- Work closely with Client Servicing, Design, and Video Teams to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
5. Content Optimization:
- Adapt tone and language style to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Ensure all content meets the highest standards of clarity, creativity, and grammatical accuracy.
Requirements:
1. Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in copywriting for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.), scriptwriting, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in creating content for diverse formats and industries (exposure to BFSI preferred).
2. Language & Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to different target audiences.
3. Creative & Organizational Skills:
- Strong ideation and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
