Associate - Social Media
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendars to ensure client objectives are achieved
- Coordinate on day-to-day basis with internal teams and clients to gather inputs, feedback, and approvals ensuring timely delivery of content
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media activities
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to update clients on progress, gather feedback, and align on social media tasks
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Platform Management & Understanding
- Complete knowledge of the platforms and best practices on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YT
- Knowledge on scheduling content on social media platforms
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement by staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and track brand’s social media pages and track engagement, reach and impression on day-to-day basis
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare social media reports on monthly basis to track performance and provide insight and recommendations
Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our social media strategy accordingly
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
