step by step shopping process with PKN

1. Consumer visits your site.
2. Selects the products/ services he/ she wants to buy.
3. User sees final list/ shopping cart and agrees with the selected items.
4. Your site generates and mentions the unique order number, displays the delivery mode/ schedule and method to see his order status later if required.
5. After seeing and agreeing to the above information, the consumer presses the buy button.
6. The URL shifts to the Easy Netcom server.
7. The Consumer will see an HTML page with information "Merchant name, Merchant order number, and amount and will be requested to enter his PKN number and expiry date."
8. Consumer will enter his PKN number and expiry date.
9. Easy Netcom will process the transaction and the response will come within 25-30 seconds. During this time the consumer will see a static page.
10. As soon as the response comes, the authorization result and code will be mentioned to the consumer. At the same time, response will be appended in the your FTP response file in our server (Order number, Amount, authorization result and authorization code).
11. Your site will poll that file and update the order status in his database and take necessary action.
